FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-CO-SIGNERS
1) What is needed from me as a co-signer for the application process?

3) There are more than 1 tenant and more than 1 co-signer. Can we have individual leases? No we only implement one lease per unit. Thus all tenants/applicants and co-signers are responsible together for all portions of the lease (i.e. full monthly rent, late fees, damages etc).
4) How is the security deposit handled? Security Deposits are due at the signing of the lease. Deposits must be provided via certified check or money order. No cash or personal checks will be accepted. Deposits should be made out to "Tenzing Investments, LLC" and can be mailed or dropped off to our office. Deposits are mailed out (less any damages) email 30 days after the last day of the lease agreement. Tenants are responsible for providing a forwarding address upon move out.
5) How can rent be paid? Rent can be paid via certified check/money order, personal check or through our online portal (debit card or credit card).
