FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-APPLICATIONS
1) What properties are available and when? Please check out our 'Rentals' tab for more information on available properties. We have a rentals that include of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom rentals. All properties are rented as a whole unit under 1 lease (i.e. no individual leases/no rent per the room options).
2) How can I apply? You can fill out an application right on our site by clicking the "Apply Now' tab at the top of the page. Note that all tours must occur PRIOR to submitting an application.
3) Are pets accepted? Pets are considered on a case by case basis. If approved, a Pet Addendum will be required to be paid along with a non-refundable $200/per pet fee (required at signing). There will also be a $25 monthly pet fee to be paid along with the monthly rent.
4) What is the application process? An application must be submitted for all individuals that will be listed on the lease. A background/credit check will be ran on all applicants. Once the checks are completed and accepted a lease will be sent for electronic signatures. A fully signed lease and the full security deposit are required to officially secure the rental property for your group.
5) What are the parking options for the unit I want to rent? Parking options will vary for each unit. However, typically for a house there will be a driveway and street parking available for each tenant. For townhomes, each unit will have an assigned number of spaces based on the rental unit.
6) When do tenants have to decide if they are renewing? Currently all renewal documents are to be in place by December 31st of each year. Tenants are asked to provide their renewal intentions by December 1st to allow enough time to process the paperwork.
7) How do I pay my Security Deposit? Security deposits are due at time of the signing of the lease. All security deposits must be provided via certified funds (i.e. certified check from your bank or money order). Security deposits are to be made out to Tenzing Investments, LLC
